Before you start
How do I pay for a course?+
By card, or by mobile money where it is available. Prices are shown in your own currency, with no hidden charges, and checkout tells you how you can pay before you pay anything. Your course unlocks once the payment is confirmed on our side — never before.
What happens if I lose connection halfway through a lesson?+
Your position is saved continuously. When you come back — on the same device or a different one — the lesson resumes exactly where you stopped, and any completed work stays completed.
Is the AI tutor going to just give me the answers?+
No. The tutor knows which course, module and lesson you are on, and is instructed to explain the idea and hand you a question rather than hand over solutions. Administrators can switch it off entirely.
How does someone verify my certificate?+
They visit the verification link or scan the QR code on the certificate. They see your name, the course, the issue date and the current status. No account, no login.
Can I teach on Clintech Academy?+
Yes. Apply through the instructor page. Once approved, you can build courses in the studio and submit them for review. Courses go live after an administrator approves them.
